Ideal temperatures for optimal growth of plants with LED plant lights lie between 65-76 °F (16-24 °C). Keeping the lighting panel 4"-6" above the plants ensures the plants receive the proper amount of light. 16 hours of exposure to the strongest light intensity and 8 hours of rest is optimal for accelerated growth due to the amount of DLI (Daily Light Integral) the plants receive. Although the LED Plant Light is beneficial, reasonable moisture, nutrition, temperature, and regular maintenance are also essential for healthy and sustained growth.
