Returns
Hard good returns (pottery, garden decor, home decor, giftware) can be made instore up to 15 days from the time of purchase, with your receipt/ proof of purchase and price tags on the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Christmas and holiday hard good returns can be made up to December 15.
Perishable goods such as flowers and plants are final sale and require your human intervention to maintain their quality at the time of purchase. If you are experiencing issues with your flowers or plants, please contact us anytime at 519.631.6004
Gift cards are also non-returnable or refundable.
